Rasa seram pulak tengok gambar ni....
Tu la Episiotomy.... bila nak deliver tu lah proses yang kire normal masa nak deliver baby......seram tak!!!!
Uishh!! Aku pun seram.....
Actually....process ni lagi ok daripada terkoyak sendiri....ishhhhh....sakit tu.......
So how to prevent it?????

ps : Kalau dah sakit 42 jam...plus muntah 17 kali...semua usaha menjadi sia-sia....So tips ni untuk ibu-ibu yang ada energy nak meneran..takde energy..wassalam...Episiotomy plus vacuum lar...kui..kui..kui..seperti Haku!!!!!!!
Tips adalah.............
1. Perineal Massage
Start Perineal Massage 5-10 minutes everyday from 34th week or last 10th weeks
Rub enough oil or lubricant on your fingers so that it will be easy to massage the perineal tissues and lower vaginal wall. Boleh guna olive oil, vitamin E oil, almond oil or pure vegetable oil . Minyak kelapa sawit aku tak tau..nanti naik ruam..jangan carik haku....
.Guna ibu jari masa massage.. Insert your thumb into the vagina. Using gentle but firm pressure to massage the base and the side walls of the vagina, try making a 'U' shape. Massaging lower part of your vagina gently in an outward direction helps to stretch the tissues making them ready for child birth.
But...kalau ada duit lebih taknak guna pure oil..boleh lar invest ni.........
Beli kat Mothercare...i beli kat Curve..........Tak mahal sangat........
2nd option....Tarak!!!!!!kat malaysia takde lagi...kat overseas banyak lar option tapi tujuan dia same jer....so guna olive oil should do...
2. Kegel Exercise
Hmmmmm...ni korang U-tube lar kalau nak tau macam mana.....
Rajin betul omputeh ni kan!!!!!!
Tetapi....kalau di takdirkan gak kena Episiotomy suggested to buy this product!!!!!
Letak dalam fridge..sapu atau spray kat tempat luka.....fuhhhh...nyaman...sejuk jer rasa...........
dan seperti biasa diet kena betul...kena exercise sket...Doa...Insya Allah...mudah la keluar....Amin.....
